Owner and Head Pastry Chef Ashley Moore, started her dream humbly in her kitchen at home making cakes and other baked goods for family members. In 2014 she decided to take the next step and attend school to get a degree in Pastry Arts. She completed her degree at the Culinard School in 2015. 

A year of many prayers,determination and hardwork Ashley opened up her very own bakery, thus the inception of Cakes and Moore came to fruition.
